250 ml (1 cup) plain yoghurt
2,5 ml (½ tsp) ground cardamom or ground cinnamon
2,5 ml (½ tsp) ground cloves
2,5 ml (½ tsp) ground allspice
shop-bought or homemade granola
JAZZ™ apples in the skin, thinly sliced through the core

  1. Mix yoghurt and the spices until well combined.
  2. Place thinly sliced apples in bowls with the spiced yoghurt mixture and add spoonfuls of granola for a quick and filling breakfast or have smaller portions as a snack.
