mature cheddar cheese cut into large cubes
brie cheese, cut into small triangles
JAZZ™ apples in the skin, cut into thin wedges
Emmentaler cheese, cut into long sticks
biltong slices
gypsy ham slices rolled
caper berries
whole raw almonds
wild rocket and microgreens

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into ribbons. Skewer the cucumber ribbons onto a small kebab stick with a piece of mature cheddar and brie cheese.
  2. Place JAZZ™ apple wedges and the rest of the ingredients in small glass jars with the cucumber and cheese skewers.
  3. Garnish with rocket and microgreens and enjoy.
