JAZZ™ apples in the skin, cut into thin wedges

- Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into ribbons. Skewer the cucumber ribbons onto a small kebab stick with a piece of mature cheddar and brie cheese.
- Place JAZZ™ apple wedges and the rest of the ingredients in small glass jars with the cucumber and cheese skewers.
- Garnish with rocket and microgreens and enjoy.
