250 ml (1 cup) plain yoghurt
2,5 ml (½ tsp) ground cardamom or ground cinnamon
2,5 ml (½ tsp) ground cloves
2,5 ml (½ tsp) ground allspice
shop-bought or homemade granola
JAZZ™ apples in the skin, thinly sliced through the core
- Mix yoghurt and the spices until well combined.
- Place thinly sliced apples in bowls with the spiced yoghurt mixture and add spoonfuls of granola for a quick and filling breakfast or have smaller portions as a snack.
