INGREDIENTS
4 JAZZ™ apples
butter
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups cold whipping cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
digestive biscuits

METHOD
1. Simmer 4 chopped JAZZ™ apples in a tablespoon of water, a nugget of butter, 1 tsp lemon juice, pinch of sugar and a cinnamon stick, until softened.
2. In the meantime, beat 2 cups cold whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Add 1 tin condensed milk and beat into cream mixture.
4. Add a teaspoon vanilla extract (Not essence!).
5. Remove the cinnamon and mash up the apples and cool.
6. Mix the apple into the cream mixture, together with a few crushed digestive biscuits.
7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
