INGREDIENTS
2 large JAZZ™ apples grated (sprinkled with a little lemon juice to prevent discolouration, squeezed in a muslin cloth and set aside)
100g of pitted dates, cut into tiny pieces
100g of walnut crushed

METHOD
1. Squish together apples, dates and walnuts until a sticky consistency is obtained.
2. Shape into golf size round balls.
3. Refrigerate until firm.
4. Enjoy
