Ingredients for the Salad:

  •     1 cup bulgur
  •     250 g pasta
  •     4 JAZZ™ apples
  •     1 handful cocktail tomatoes
  •     1 small Chinese cabbage
  •     1 yellow pepper
  •     1 red pepper
  •     1 avocado
  •     1 red onion
  •     A few spring onions

 

For the Dressing:

  •     1 cup yoghurt
  •     1/4 cup vinegar
  •     1/4 cup oil
  •     1 tbsp mustard
  •     1 tablespoon sugar
  •     Salt
  •     Pepper
  •     A few garden herbs of your choice

 

Preparation

  1. Cook the bulgur and pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Core the apples and cut into thin slices. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and cut the peppers and avocado into small pieces. Cut the onions and spring onions into rings and mix everything together.
  3. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together until creamy, season with salt and pepper. Mix in a few garden herbs and pour everything over the salad. Mix well, leave to stand for a while and season again before serving.
