Ingredients

  •     200 g of crunchy oat flakes
  •     200 g tender oat flakes
  •     400 ml milk (vegetable milk is fine)
  •     200 ml coconut milk
  •     1 tsp cinnamon
  •     1 pinch of salt
  •     2 tbsp agave syrup or other sweetener of choice
  •     3 JAZZ™ apples

Optional Topping:

  •     Some yoghurt or quark
  •     1 apple
  •     1 handful of blueberries
  •     Some walnuts (or other nuts of your choice)
  •     Some nut puree
  •     Some cocoa nibs or chopped pistachios

Preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats with milk, coconut milk, cinnamon, salt and agave syrup. Grate the apples or cut them into very small pieces and fold them in. Then leave to infuse overnight.
  2. Stir the Overnight Oats before serving and serve with quark or yoghurt as desired. Top with a few thin apple slices and blueberries, nuts, a little nut puree and cocoa nibs or chopped pistachios.
