1-2 JAZZ™ apples in the skin
orange slices
5 ml (1 tsp) finely grated lemon rind
2-3 sprigs fresh mint
3-5 whole cloves
2 whole star-anise
1 litre (4 cups) sparkling water, chilled

1. Cut apples in sticks and slices. Add to a water jug or carafe with the orange slices, freshly grated lemon rind, fresh mint and winter spices, like cloves and star-anise.
2. Pour water over and allow to infuse for a few minutes.
3. Serve with ice to keep it refreshing.
