  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tba honey
  • 200ml cream
  • 4 Jazz™ apples, cored and diced
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 Tbs Brandy / Amarula liqueur (optional)


  1. Place sugar, water, butter and honey into a pot, then place over low heat and stir until sugar is melted.
  2. Add cream and apples, then simmer for 15 minutes until apples are tender.
  3. Place the cooled caramel apples into a blender along with the ice cream and liqueur (if using), then blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
