Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbs water
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tba honey
- 200ml cream
- 4 Jazz™ apples, cored and diced
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 4 Tbs Brandy / Amarula liqueur (optional)
Method:
- Place sugar, water, butter and honey into a pot, then place over low heat and stir until sugar is melted.
- Add cream and apples, then simmer for 15 minutes until apples are tender.
- Place the cooled caramel apples into a blender along with the ice cream and liqueur (if using), then blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
