WHAT YOU NEED
- 3 JAZZ™ Apples
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- Cinnamon sticks
- Whole cloves
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Slice 1 JAZZ™ apple horizontally and set aside.
- Using a juicer or high-grade blender, juice the remaining 2 JAZZ™ apples.
- Strain juice to desired cider consistency and sauté over medium heat to desired temperature.
- Stir in lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.
- Serve warm and garnish with JAZZ™ apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves.
