WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 JAZZ™ Apples
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Whole cloves

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Slice 1 JAZZ™ apple horizontally and set aside.
  2. Using a juicer or high-grade blender, juice the remaining 2 JAZZ™ apples.
  3. Strain juice to desired cider consistency and sauté over medium heat to desired temperature.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with JAZZ™ apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves.
