INGREDIENTS

  • 2 JAZZ™ apples cored and sliced thin
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • 3/4 cup part-skim ricotta
  • ¼ cup less sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tangerine zested and juiced
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • Optional: French bread, cheddar cheese, and prosciutto

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender or food processor, add ricotta, Greek yogurt, zest, juice from the tangerine, thyme and honey. Pulse/blend until smooth, this will only take a second or two! You can also do this with a fork.
  2. Spread on your favorite board.
  3. Garnish with pecans and thyme.
  4. Serve with sliced JAZZ™ apples and bread, cheese and prosciutto.
