  • 3-4 JAZZ™ apples
  • ½ cup thick crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey roasted peanuts, finely chopped
  • Lollipop sticks or pretzel sticks


  1. Wash JAZZ™ apples and pat dry.
  2. Using a measuring spoon, scoop small balls from the apples, keeping some of the skin side on ball (be careful to avoid the core and seeds).
  3. Roll each ball into the peanut butter to coat evenly, use a teaspoon to help spread the peanut butter over the rounded apple flesh – keep the skin side clear.
  4. Dip the peanut butter coated apple side in the finely chopped peanuts.
  5. Skewer the peanut apple balls onto a lollipop stick or pretzel stick.
  6. Chill to set for about 30 minutes.
