INGREDIENTS
- 3-4 JAZZ™ apples
- ½ cup thick crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup honey roasted peanuts, finely chopped
- Lollipop sticks or pretzel sticks
DIRECTIONS
- Wash JAZZ™ apples and pat dry.
- Using a measuring spoon, scoop small balls from the apples, keeping some of the skin side on ball (be careful to avoid the core and seeds).
- Roll each ball into the peanut butter to coat evenly, use a teaspoon to help spread the peanut butter over the rounded apple flesh – keep the skin side clear.
- Dip the peanut butter coated apple side in the finely chopped peanuts.
- Skewer the peanut apple balls onto a lollipop stick or pretzel stick.
- Chill to set for about 30 minutes.
