Freshen up your salad selection with this delicious JAZZ™ Apple Green Summer Salad. Perfect for the warmer summer months ahead, it’s fantastic as a main course or when eaten alongside your favourite barbecued meats and vegetables. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • A handful of baby spinach
  • 1 large JAZZ™ Apple – peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 cucumber – thinly sliced
  • 1 spring onion – chopped finely
  • 1 avocado – sliced
  • A handful of arugula
  • 200g feta cheese – crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Method

  1. In a salad bowl, add in the spinach, cucumber, spring onion, arugula, avocado, JAZZ™ apple and mix well until combined.
  2. In a small cup with a lid, add in olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley, oregano and honey and shake well. Drizzle over the salad and finally finish off with some crumbled feta cheese on top.
