Ingredients (Makes 1 smoothie)
250ml oat milk
1 tbsp oats
1 ripe banana
1 JAZZ™ Apple
A few sultanas
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp of maple syrup
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a smooth consistency.
Serve chilled in a glass and enjoy.
