Ingredients

1 Onion – chopped
1 clove of Garlic – minced
1 tsp Ginger – chopped
2 JAZZ™ Apples – peeled, cored and chopped
2 Carrots – chopped into batons
1 head of Broccoli
1 stick of celery – diced
½ cup Orange Juice
½ cup Soy Sauce
Splash of Sesame Oil

Method

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, orange juice, garlic and ginger and leave to one side

Heat a large wok or pan and stir-fry the onions, carrots, celery and broccoli in oil for a few minutes until softened.

Add the apples and fry for a further two minutes.

Add the sauce to the wok and vegetables and continue to fry for 3-5 minutes until some of the liquid evaporates and the vegetables are just tender.

Serve in a deep bowl with a side of rice and enjoy!
