  • 3 Jazz apples, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate, melted


  1. Heat coconut sugar and cream over a medium heat for a few minutes while continuously stirring. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Allow to cool for a few minutes before drizzling over sliced apples.
  2. Assemble apples on a plate and drizzle the vegan caramel and chocolate on top.
