- 3 Jazz apples, sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate, melted
- Heat coconut sugar and cream over a medium heat for a few minutes while continuously stirring. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract. Allow to cool for a few minutes before drizzling over sliced apples.
- Assemble apples on a plate and drizzle the vegan caramel and chocolate on top.
