Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced Jazz Apples
  • 3/4 of half n half
  • 1/2 of sharp cheddar
  • Handful of crushed toasted pecans
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 6 sage leaves and chopped fine

Directions

  1. bring half n half to a boil
  2. turn off and whisk in grated cheddar
  3. scatter apple chips on your plate
  4. drizzle cheese sauces
  5. Sprinkle pecans
  6. top with chopped sage
  7. sprinkle with cayenne and salt and pepper
