Ingredients (10 biscuits)
1 JAZZ™ apple
125 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
20 g butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 packet vanilla sugar

Mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix the butter, vanilla sugar, and egg in another bowl. Finely slice the JAZZ apple. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Stir the JAZZ apple slices into the dough and then place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray. Drop 10 rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking tray, pressing them gently with the back of the spoon. Bake the biscuits for approximately 15 minutes at 180°C.
