2 JAZZ™ apples
1 egg
250 ml milk
100 g flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons caramel dessert topping
frying oil

Core the JAZZ™ apples and cut into wedges. Briefly beat the egg in a container, then add the milk and flour. Whisk until smooth. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow plate. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the JAZZ™ apple fries in the batter and fry both sides briefly. You can fry several pieces at a time. Immediately coat them in the sugar mixture after frying; the sugar sticks best when the JAZZ™ apple fries are still hot. Pour the caramel dessert topping into a bowl and serve the JAZZ™ apple fries with the caramel sauce.
