Ingredients ( 2 people)
1 JAZZ™ apple
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of ground ginger
1 tablespoon pecans
4 tablespoons yoghurt

Core the JAZZ™ apple. Cut the JAZZ™ apple in half, and place it, cut-side down, on a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to cut the JAZZ™ apple into very thin slices. Make sure that you stop just before cutitng all the way through so that you cut scores into the JAZZ™ apple. Tip: put a skewer on each side of the JAZZ™ apple so that your knife never goes all the way through to the cutting board. Place the JAZZ™ apple halves into a greased casserole dish. Mix the melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and ginger. Brush the oil mixture over the JAZZ™ apple halves. Bake the Hasselback JAZZ™ apples in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C. Serve with pecans and yoghurt.
