1 JAZZ™ apple
300 g spinach
100 g lardons
2 tablespoons goat cheese balls
2 tablespoons pecans
Slice the JAZZ™ apple into wedges and remove the core. Cut the wedges into small cubes. Fry the lardons briefly in a frying pan without oil. Coarsely chop the pecans. Put the spinach in a bowl and place the lardons, JAZZ™ apple cubes, goat cheese balls and pecans on top. Toss with the honey-mustard dressing.
