• Basic pizza dough
  • Wholegrain mustard
  • Blue cheese
  • Thinly sliced JAZZ™ Apple
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Micro herbs


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200˚
  2. Roll out 3 small sized pizza bases.
  3. Bake on a baking tray for 4-5 minutes a side.
  4. Let the pizza bases cool down on a cooling rack.
  5. Once cooled, spread wholegrain mustard over entire base.
  6. Add chunks of blue cheese.
  7. Add the thinly sliced JAZZ™ Apple pieces (keeping the skin on)
  8. Drizzle with some olive oil.
  9. Add a dash of micro herbs to garnish.Serves 3.
