Ingredients

Rooibos tea bags
1-2 cinnamon sticks
good quality, 100 % pure, clear apple juice, chilled
ice, crushed
fresh mint
lemon rind
JAZZ™ apple in the skin, slices

Method

1. Prepare a jug of strong Rooibos tea and add a cinnamon stick. Allow tea to cool down, remove cinnamon stick and chill.
2. Mix equal quantities tea and apple juice and pour over crushed ice in individual glasses or a large jug.
3. Shred mint leaves, add to the tea with lemon rind to taste with slices of JAZZ™ apple.
