WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 JAZZ™ Apples
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 3 ready-rolled puff pastry sheets (semi-thawed)
  • 1 egg + 2 tablespoons milk whisked together for egg wash
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Dice the apples very finely.
  2. Combine the apples and cinnamon sugar and toss together.
  3. Cut the pastry sheets into 4 evenly sized squares.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of apple mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash.
  6. Fold in opposite corners of the pastry and pinch together to nearly enclose the filling.
  7. Brush the finished little apple parcel with the egg wash and dust with powdered sugar.
  8. Bake on a lined baking tray for 12-15 minutes at 375°F until golden and puffed.
  9. Serve warm with an extra sprinkle of powdered sugar.
