WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 to 3 JAZZ™ Apples
  • 24 pink & white marshmallows
  • 24 red & green grapes
  • Bamboo skewers

LEMON & HONEY YOGURT DIP

  • 1 cup Greek style yogurt
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Crushed toasted nuts, freeze-dried berries or sprinkles to garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Cut the apples into even sized dice, or using cookie cutters make apple pieces into cute shapes.
  2. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  3. Halve the marshmallows.
  4. Layer the skewers starting and finishing with the apple cubes.
  5. Combine the yogurt, lemon zest and maple syrup and spoon into a serving bowl.
  6. Top the dip with the berries or sprinkles.
  7. Arrange the skewers on a platter with the dip.
