Makes – enough for 8-10 people, as a BBQ side


2 JAZZ™ Apples – cored and thinly sliced
½ white cabbage – finely sliced
½ red cabbage – finely sliced
1 carrot – grated
½ red onion – finely sliced
2 tbsp cider vinegar
150 ml mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1.5 tbsp brown sugar
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp chilli flakes


Add the sliced JAZZ™ Apples, white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and red onion to a large mixing bowl. Pour over the cider vinegar and mix to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, brown sugar and chilli flakes.

Pour the sauce over the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

Serve alongside a selection of your favourite barbecued meats and vegetables.
