Makes – approx. 250-300ml sauce

2 JAZZ™ Apples, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp chilli flakes
100g soft brown sugar
60ml apple cider vinegar
60ml soy sauce
60ml Worcestershire sauce
250ml tomato ketchup
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper


Add all ingredients to a heavy-based pan. Stir and cook over medium-low heat until bubbling.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
