Ingredients:

6 oz. bacon, diced
1/2 onion, small diced
3 JAZZ™ apples, peeled and small diced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Method:

  • Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add bacon and allow to render until golden brown
  • Add diced onion and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Add diced apples and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Add vinegar and sugar and simmer on med-low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Eat immediately or spread evenly on a tray and allow to cool
