Ingredients (Serves 4)
2 JAZZ™ apples
1 ripe avocado
400g of unpeeled shrimps (175 g hand-peeled) – 4 potato cakes
A few leaves of lettuce
2 tbsp of fresh mayonnaise
Dash of olive oil
Selected spices for the garnish
Splash of lemon juice

Method:

  • Dice and mix the potatoes and avocado, flavour with salt and pepper, lemon juice and a little mayonnaise.
  • Fill a food ring two thirds of the way.
  • Peel the shrimps, flavour with a little mayonnaise and add to the mix in the food ring.
  • Arrange the potato cakes in the middle of the plate, with the filled food ring on top.
  • Remove the food ring, finish with fine leaves of lettuce and add salt, pepper and fresh spices.
