This super recipe from Hijacked By Twins has just made breakfast even tastier and healthier. Not only does it contain delicious JAZZ™ but also features the on-trend superfood chia seeds. Ingredients – Serves 2

4 JAZZ™ apples
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
50mls water
50g dried mix fruit with candied peel
Breakfast pot
40g oats
10g chia seeds
Maple syrup


1 – Peel and chop the JAZZ™ apples and place in a saucepan
2 – Add the water, cinnamon stick and star anise
3 – Place the pan over a medium heat and bring to a gentle boil
4 – Reduce the heat, cover the pan and leave to simmer for 5 minutes
5 – Remove the lid, stir and add the dried mixed fruit
6 – Cover the pan and simmer for a further 10 minutes then remove from the heat
7 – To prepare the breakfast pots mix together the oats and chia seeds
8 – Spoon a layer of the cool JAZZ™ apple compote into two jars, followed by a layer of the oats and chia seeds, then yogurt, followed by a final layer of fruit and a sprinkling of oats
9 – Seal the jar and leave in the fridge until the morning
