Ingredients:

1/4 cup diced JAZZ™ apple
3 strips orange peel
2 strips lemon peel
½ cup bourbon
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz apple juice

Method:

  • In an airtight container, add bourbon, apples, lemon peel, and orange peel
  • Allow to steep for 24 hours
  • Strain bourbon from apple and citrus peels into a cocktail shaker
  • Add remaining ingredients and a handful of ice
  • Shake for 10 seconds and strain over ice and garnish with a sliced apple!
