1 JAZZ™ apple, quartered and thinly sliced

1 lb, thinly sliced turkey

8 slices smoked gouda or provolone

4 T whole grain mustard

2 T honey

1 T mayonnaise

4 large croissants, cut in half


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir together honey, mayonnaise, and mustard. Spread a little bit onto each croissant half.

Top each croissant half with slices of turkey, apple, and cheese.

Toast in the oven until the cheese is melted.

Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and then sandwich the two croissant halves together to make a whole sandwich.

Optional: brush the tops of each sandwich with a little melted butter and a sprinkle of salt when they come out of the oven!
