½ cup almond butter

¼ JAZZ™ apple, finely grated (micro plane)

1 T balsamic vinegar

¼ tsp kosher salt

15-20 Dates, pitted


Equipment needed:

Disposable piping bag


In a small mixing bowl, stir together almond butter, apple, balsamic vinegar, and salt until well combined.

Spoon mixture into a piping bag and cut off the tip just smaller than the opening of the date.

Place the tip of the piping bag into the date and pipe in enough almond butter mixture to fill it completely (or if pitting yourself, just fill each half and then close date). Set aside and repeat.

The dates can be served at room temperature, kept in the refrigerator for future snacking, or jazzed up for a dinner appetizer by wrapping in prosciutto and securing with a toothpick!
