WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2-3 JAZZ™ Apples
  • ½ cup milk chocolate buttons
  • 20 mini marshmallows, halved
  • 20 currants or raisins, cut into quarters
  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Melt the chocolate until smooth and liquid.
  2. Halve the mini marshmallows and poke a little piece of currant into the center to make the eyes and set aside.
  3. Cut the JAZZ™ Apples into thin slices through the core to make round discs.
  4. For each bat take one smaller slice of apple and cut in half then cut scallop shapes using a cookie cutter or knife to make the wings.
  5. Take another bigger slice (from the center of the apple) and cut a M shape in the top to make the head& ears
  6. Add a small dollop of chocolate to the main head piece and smooth over the ears, attach the wings and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
  7. Add the mini marshmallow eyes positioned between the wings.
  8. Arrange on a platter and set in the fridge until serving.
