WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4 JAZZ™ apples
  • Peanut or nut butter
  • Sliced almonds and small chocolate buttons (or halve large ones)
  • Blueberries or raisins for the eyes

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Cut the first 1/3 or top of the apple off and then cut the top in half to create 2 semicircles.
  2. Make a v shape in each to remove the core and make the little mouth.
  3. Cut the remaining apple into thick slices.
  4. Take 2 slices without any core and spread with a little nut butter.
  5. Use the almond slices and chocolate buttons to make a pretty scale pattern pushing into the nut butter.
  6. Take the remaining apple pieces to cut tringle shapes (use the lovely red skin side) for the tails.
  7. On a serving platter arrange a mouth, make a small hole using a straw and insert a blueberry or raisin to make an eye.
  8. Add the nut butter body and lastly add a little red fish tail.
