WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 JAZZ™ Apples
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 3 sheets ready rolled puff pastry (semi-thawed)
  • 1 egg + 2 tablespoons milk whisked together for egg wash
  • Icing sugar for dusting

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Dice the JAZZ™ Apples very finely.
  2. Combine the apples and cinnamon sugar and toss together.
  3. Cut the pastry sheets into 4 even sized squares.
  4. Place about 1 heaped tablespoon of apple mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash.
  6. Fold in opposite corners of the pastry and pinch together to nearly enclose the filling.
  7. Brush the finished little apple parcel with the egg wash and dust with icing sugar.
  8. Bake on a lined baking tray for 12-15 minutes at 190°C until golden and puffed.
  9. Serve warm with an extra sprinkle of icing sugar.
