1 JAZZ™ Apple (diced)
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup roasted peanuts
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 165°C. In a small sauce pot, combine melted coconut oil, peanut butter and maple syrup. Warm and whisk together until well combined. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for oats and raisins, stir to combine. Fold in oats and continue to stir until well coated. Spread mixture evenly onto 2 baking pans lined with baking paper. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes or until dark golden brown, stirring every 20 minutes. Let cool completely then toss with raisins. Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag. You can freeze it if you would like to save for later. This can avoid stress in the morning when everything needs to go fast 😉
