We’ve just returned from four fantastic fun-filled days at the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham at the NEC and would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who came to our stand to say hello and sampled and purchased some of our delicious, awarding-winning JAZZ™ Apples. The start of the show always kickstarts the season for us as we promote our new season crop and as always it didn’t fail to disappoint.
Over the duration of the show we sold or sampled a whopping 80,000 tasty JAZZ™ to hungry consumers eager to get their mouth around the UK’s Tastiest Apple, while plenty of people went home with the show’s must have gadget – a JAZZ™ Apple slicer and corer – and our fab shopper bags. To make this year’s event extra special we offered visitors a fantastic deal of a JAZZ™ Apple nine-box for just £1 and also handed out over 1,000 of our fab vegan recipe books which went down a storm throughout the show.
We were also lucky enough to have legendary JAZZ™ grower Simon Bray on the stand to talk to consumers about why he loves the variety and why they are such a great apple to grow. Needless to say, Simon was swamped with questions from people asking why JAZZ™ taste so great and he was only too happy to tell them it was down to the variety, growing conditions and hard work of growers and their teams.
Our next visit to Birmingham will be in June for the summer edition of the show and you can get your tickets now to avoid disappointment. We’d love to see you there!
