Fresh from returning from Sweden after claiming a silver medal in the Senior European Discus Competition, JAZZ™ Apple Foundation star Fabio Zamparelli has divulged his favourite recipe that he likes to have for breakfast before competing. This Stewed JAZZ™ Apple & Mango Yoghurt is delicious and ideal to help you get you ready for a big day ahead. It can be whipped up in less than 10 minutes so is a timesaver too. Ingredients

3 JAZZ Apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped

2 tbsp caster sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp mixed spice

8 tbsp mango pulp

16 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Granola, optional

Instructions

Begin by stewing the apples. Add JAZZ Apples to a saucepan with caster sugar, lemon juice, mixed spice and 1 tbsp water. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes, until softened. Leave to cool.

Once the apples have cooled, divide between four glasses. Top with a layer of Greek Yoghurt, then a layer of mango puree.

Optionally top with granola.
