Ingredients

6 JAZZ™ Apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
50g unsalted butter
50g granulated sugar
200g granola
200ml custard
50ml water

Instructions

Heat the butter in a saucepan until melted, then add the JAZZ™ Apples, sugar and a splash of water. Cook over a medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes until the apples soften, stirring occasionally.

In a glass, add a layer of the granola, followed by a layer of custard, then some of the JAZZ™ Apple crumble filling. Repeat until you’re left with a final layer of custard topped with granola.
