These delicious JAZZ™ Apple Sunday Dinner Sliders are packed full of flavour and can be customised easily to please even the fussiest of eaters. Simple to prepare with everyday ingredients, we have a feeling they’ll become a family favourite year-round!

Ingredients:
2 JAZZ™ apples (cored, skin on, diced into small cubes)
500g pork mince
100g stuffing mixture
Salt/pepper to season
Mini slider buns
Your choice of salad, sides and garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 190C.
- Put the stuffing mix in a bowl and add a little boiling water to soften and turn into paste.
- Core the JAZZ™ apples and fine dice into tiny cubes.
- Place in a bowl with the stuffing paste and pork mince.
- Season and then mix well so it is combined.
- Form small meatballs in your hand with the mixture, then flatten slightly and place on a tray with baking paper.
- Cook in the oven for 15 minutes and serve in mini slider buns with your favourite sauce and garnish.
