These delicious JAZZ™ Apple Sunday Dinner Sliders are packed full of flavour and can be customised easily to please even the fussiest of eaters. Simple to prepare with everyday ingredients, we have a feeling they’ll become a family favourite year-round!

Makes – 16 portions

Recipe cost: £8 (approx. 50p per portion)

Ingredients:

2 JAZZ™ apples (cored, skin on, diced into small cubes)

500g pork mince

100g stuffing mixture

Salt/pepper to season

Mini slider buns

Your choice of salad, sides and garnish

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190C.
  2. Put the stuffing mix in a bowl and add a little boiling water to soften and turn into paste.
  3. Core the JAZZ™ apples and fine dice into tiny cubes.
  4. Place in a bowl with the stuffing paste and pork mince.
  5. Season and then mix well so it is combined.
  6. Form small meatballs in your hand with the mixture, then flatten slightly and place on a tray with baking paper.
  7. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes and serve in mini slider buns with your favourite sauce and garnish.
