It’s spritzer season so that means it’s the perfect time to brighten up your cocktail glass and try our JAZZ™ Apple & Raspberry White Wine creation. Delicious as an aperitif before your meal or as a cheeky tipple on a hot summer’s afternoon, it’s simple to make and even easier to drink!
Ingredients (Serves 1)
100ml white wine
50ml JAZZ™ Apple juice
Soda water to top (approx. 50ml)
4 raspberries
Apple fan to garnish
Method
Add the raspberries to a glass and muddle.
Fill with ice and pour over the white wine and the apple juice.
Stir gently to combine and then top with soda water and garnish with an apple fan.
