The JAZZ™ Apple Foundation has helped all sorts of young sports men and women in the past from skiers to bowls players and we’re delighted to add two rising squash players to our ranks. Yes that’s right, Hasnaat and Zan Farooqi have been awarded JAZZ™ Apple Foundation awards to help with their travel, entry and competition costs.
The Farooqi brothers are tipped for greatness in the sport and have already won a host of competitions around the UK and even further afield. Hasnaat’s an 8-time Hertfordshire County champion and recently turned professional while still studying at Westminster University. Younger brother Zan is following in his footsteps too and is also a two-time Hertfordshire champion and has been the number 1 under 15 player for the past four years.
The brothers were recently competing in Guatemala which just shows you the amount of travel and costs involved so when we heard they needed help we were more than happy to offer our support.
