After a tough few months recovering from injury, star skier and JAZZ™ Apple Foundation award winner Eleanor Scranage-Harrison has returned with a bang and has once again been selected to represent GB Children’s team at the upcoming races in the Czech Republic in January.
Eleanor was competing in the British Children’s Championships in Tignes in April where she finished fourth in the slalom but suffered an injury which resulted in her rupturing the ACL in her knee. This certainly hasn’t deterred Eleanor though and after surgery in May she was back in the gym almost immediately with the goal of getting back on the mountains. She’s now back in training at the indoor slope in Hemel Hempstead showing us the true champion she is.
We’d like to congratulate Eleanor on her selection for the GB team again and wish her all the best in her upcoming races in January!
