The JAZZ™ Apple Foundation is delighted to be supporting Harrogate hero Bobbie Mellor on her fantastic challenge to ride 1,000 miles in 9 consecutive days, from Land’s End to John O’Groats, to raise money for two fantastic charities – The Red Box Project, which supports girls affected by period poverty, and Help Refugees, which supports displaced girls in Europe.
Thirty-year-old Bobbie will begin her challenge on September 7th and is hoping to raise as much money as possible for these two great causes and has been boosted in her efforts by receiving a JAZZ™ Apple Foundation award. To help prepare for the herculean task, Bobbie has been hitting the roads in preparation, cycling at least 100 miles every weekend and sticking to a healthy and balanced diet, which obviously includes an energy-boosting JAZZ™ Apple.
To support Bobbie on her challenge you can visit her fundraising page or follow her progress at @bobbiecyclesbritain. Alternatively if you’d like to apply for a JAZZ™ Apple Foundation award yourself then visit the JAZZ™ Apple Foundation website.
