2 JAZZ™ apples, cut into wedges

2 cups dark chocolate chips

2 cup chopped pecans



In a food processor, pulse chopped pecans until a fine crumble is made.

Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish and microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.

Using skewers or a fork, pierce an apple wedge and dip it in the chocolate.  You can use a spoon or spatula to help spread the chocolate on all sides and then let the excess chocolate drip off.

Immediately dip the chocolate covered apple into the pecan crumble and coat.

Place each apple onto a tray lined with parchment paper.  Repeat with remaining apple wedges.

Place tray of apples in the refrigerator and chill until the chocolate hardens completely.
