4 slices cinnamon raisin bread

2 T butter

½ cup peanut butter

2 dates, finely chopped

1 JAZZ™ apple, thinly sliced

Drizzle of honey to garnish



Preheat a cast iron pan

Melt 1 T butter and toast 2 slices of raisin bread on both sides until golden brown and crispy.  Repeat with other slices (can do all at one time if your pan is large enough).

Stir together peanut butter and dates.

While bread is still warm, spread a big spoonful of the peanut/date mixture on top.  Top with sliced apples and drizzle honey over top.
